Access to these Recordings Is by Invitation Only
To protect the privacy of all participants, access to recordings is by invitation and restricted to registered students of the live course. These recordings are made available as a courtesy for one year from the start date of your live course. We have added an extra layer of security to protect the privacy of all students. By accessing these recordings, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Registering for Access
Log in to your Zoom account. Your Zoom account email must match the email you used to register for the course in our system.
Click a link above to access your class recording. You will only be able to access recordings of classes you took live.
You may be asked to register for access in the Zoom window. You will only need to do this the first time you access a class.
Access issues
If you're experiencing access issues, it's due to your using different email addresses across platforms.
For security and access purposes, the same email address must be used consistently—the email address you used to register for our course must match the one you use to log in to your Zoom account. Simply clicking the button above and registering on Zoom with the email address in our system — if it differs from the email address associated with your Zoom account — will not grant you access.
If your Zoom account is set up with a different email address than the one you entered into our system, you will need to either update your existing Zoom account or create a new free Zoom account using the email address in our system.
Limit of Support
We have confirmed there are no server-side issues. The steps above have been tested and grant successful access. Please note that we do not have an IT desk to handle user-end issues, and no additional technical support is available beyond these access instructions.
