Access to Recordings – By Invitation Only

To respect and protect the privacy of all participants, you are only given access to the recordings of the courses you have taken live.

Recordings are provided as a courtesy for one year from the start date of your live course. An extra layer of security is in place to safeguard the privacy of everyone involved. Please scroll down for access instructions.

By accessing these recordings, you confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

How to Register for Access

  1. Log in to your Zoom account. The email on your Zoom account must match the email you used to register for the course in our system.

  2. Return to this page and click the appropriate link below to access your recording.

  3. Depending on your browser, email client, or location, Zoom may prompt you to request access or register within the Zoom window. This is a one-time step for each recording.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing your course, it is usually because different email addresses are being used on different platforms.

For security reasons, the email you used to register for the course must be the same as the one you use to log in to Zoom. If the addresses do not match, Zoom will not recognise your registration.

If your Zoom account uses a different email, you have three options:

  1. Update your existing Zoom account to use the email in our system

  2. Create a new free Zoom account with the email in our system

  3. Send us the email address linked to your Zoom account so we can grant that account access. For security and privacy, you will need to provide us with the information in your booking confirmation: address, phone, date of booking, and the last 4 digits of your credit card or PayPal transaction number.

If you access issue is not due to inconsistent emails, please

  1. Log out of both Zoom and your account at karenfrancesmccarthy.com

  2. Clear your browser cache

  3. Open a private browsing window or use a different browser

Limit of Support

Our system has undergone thorough testing and is functioning as expected. The steps above have been confirmed to resolve access issues. If you still cannot access the course, the problem is likely due to issues with your browser, cache, privacy, or email settings. These issues are outside the scope of our support.

Please note that these recordings are provided as a courtesy. We do not have an IT department and cannot offer additional technical troubleshooting beyond the instructions above.
